Slaidel Consulting provides consulting in Lead-to-Job System installation and lead handling infrastructure for service businesses.
Services and deliverables are defined in individual client agreements. Website content is for general informational purposes only.
2. Client Responsibilities
You agree to:

- Maintain lawful use of our systems and services.
- Comply with applicable laws in your business operations.
3. Payments
- Fees, schedules, and terms are set in individual client agreements.
- Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payments are non-refundable.
- Late payments may incur interest and service suspension.
4. Intellectual Property
- Materials, frameworks, and systems provided by Slaidel Consulting remain our intellectual property unless otherwise agreed.
- You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use deliverables for your business only.
- You may not resell, sublicense, or misrepresent our materials.
5. No Guarantees / Disclaimer
We do not guarantee specific business results.
All services are provided "AS IS."
We are not responsible for:
- Indirect or consequential damages (lost profits, business interruption).
- Compliance with industry-specific regulations (e.g., FDA, HIPAA) unless explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
- Total liability is capped at the fees paid by you in the 3 months prior to the claim.
- No liability for indirect, special, punitive, or incidental damages.
7. Dispute Resolution
- Parties will first attempt to resolve disputes in good faith internally.
- If unresolved, disputes will be governed by the laws of Georgia.
- Venue: courts of Gwinnett County, GA.
- You agree to waive class actions and resolve disputes individually.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to services for:
- Non-payment, misuse, or violation of these Terms.
- Upon termination, rights to use our materials cease immediately.
9. Modifications
We may update these Terms and website content at any time. Updates will be posted with a new "Last Updated" date.
